USB Floppy Disk

Since the data storage industry was taken over by the multitude of stylish storage unit that can hold a gigabyte Zillion with ease, their poor cousin, the floppy disk is nearly extinct. Perhaps rightly, I remember losing my precious data a million times because of defective floppy disks. In addition, the grinding and groaning noises discs would make trying to read the data was sufficient to guide me in fits of frenzy.

But a revival of the floppy disk as a piece of art seems forgotten exciting USB Floppy Drive is a project concept of Thomas O’Connor to recycle old 1.44MB floppy disk and convert them into functional (good) USB drive. The disc can be plugged into a USB port and used as a normal pen drive. And every part of the disk was also used the USB drive disk flips out at right angles, creating a stand against retired, and Metal circular hub at the center becomes a power-cum-transfer of data indicator. Who would have thought that a floppy disk could be something so important again? All we dare say – this is a cool storage device pending happen.
