Toshiba X305 Gaming Notebook

Toshiba releases Qosmio X305 and X305-Q708-Q706, with three Nvidia GPUs in SLI: two Nvidia GeForce 9800M GTS and the IGP graphics chip Nvidia GeForce 9400M.

When Toshiba decided to break into the world of gamestation, trying to enhance the graphics performance and improve the quality of play, his attention turned to the solutions offered by Nvidia. Toshiba has managed to impose itself as a landmark in gaming, introducing a few weeks ago a new version of the Qosmio X300, equipped with a graphics card Nvidia GeForce 9800M GTS coupled with recent GeForce 9400M graphics chip.

The new models, Toshiba Qosmio X305 and X305-Q708-Q706, will be the first portable computers for gaming to be provided by three Nvidia graphics cards in SLI, with exceptional performance. This solution enables Qosmio notebook to raise the performance, quality and versatility in the game, relying on a pair of GPU Nvidia GeForce 9800M GTS in SLI chip and a GeForce 9400M graphics IGP. All users will be able to take advantage of Hybrid SLI technology for dual switch from GeForce 9800M GTS in SLI to GeForce 9400M integrated chip, depending on your needs in performance and autonomy of the system.

Toshiba Qosmio X305 and X305-Q708-Q706 will be distributed in the U.S. for now at a price of 4199.99 U.S. dollars respectively and 2199.99 U.S. dollars. The rest of the envelope of the two models consists of the presence of an Intel Core 2 Duo P8400, with 4GB of memory and 320GB hard disk, for Q706-X305 model, and Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9300 with 128GB SSD by, for the X305-Q708.
