Toshiba iPhone and iPod Touch 64 – 128 GB Memory Smartphones
Toshiba unveiled their 64GB embedded NAND flash memory module and optimistic aspirations for the 64GB Apple’s iPhone and iPod Touch 128GB to come early next year is not a bad idea. This new memory module will hold 64GB on a single chip and dated to begin mass production in the first quarter of next year.

If we will follow what happens last year when Toshiba announced the 32GB NAND flash modules which obviously ended in the latest iPhone update. The main reason why there is only a 32GB iPhone, which is half the size of a largest version of the iTouch (64GB), the iPhone just the home of a single chip due to its communication components while the iTouch can maximum of two NAND flash.
But we still can not see this as we can this part of the next generation iPhone and iPod Touch review that sometimes goes through June of next year. Nevertheless, Apple should I push these upgrades as soon as possible in our crowded house media files.
