Tesco 3GS Unlimited Internet and WiFi Mobile iPhone

Retailer Tesco has announced that, on December 14, 3GS they will sell the iPhone and iPhone 3G in their stores. Confirmed as coming to the UK’s Tesco Mobile MVNO network back in November, as predicted supermarket prices competitive with the rest of the industry: Tesco will offer £ 20 [$ 33] per month contract with unlimited internet service and WiFi hotspot and use the equivalent of £ 60 [$ 98] which will be used for calls and messages per month.

The handset itself will be the price of a new free 24 month contract, although customers with £ 20 fee will be expected to pay a deposit for the iPhone 3G or 3GS. Tesco Mobile will also offer pay as you go [prepaid] contract, with the 3G iPhone 8GB at £ 342 [$ 556], a 3GS iPhone 16GB at £ 440 [$ 716] or 32GB iPhone 3GS is 538 pounds [$ 875], again with 12 months of free data / WiFi access, and three times the amount that you top up each time.

Since Tesco also runs the loyalty card scheme in the store for purchase, called the Clubcard, they offer double points on the new iPhone, and three points for every £ 1 spent on top-up or monthly contracts. [via slashgear]
