Apple iPod Touch 3G Connectivity Autofocus CMOS
Consider surprised to find that even though we expect the greatest interest of the iPod nano 5G tearDown, in fact, Apple’s updated third-gen iPod touch intestine, the challenges that are most intrigues. iFixit are doing their normal work, stripping the new Portable Media Player to its constituent parts, and while I found only area where the nano-style video would be perfect, but signs of faster networks as well.

Color has a 6 x 6 x 3 mm space at the top middle section of the plaque, where the camera module could sit for a while iFixit say that there is enough space for iPhone 3Gs-style autofocus CMOS is scope for nano-type camcorders. Rumors circulated prior to the events of this week that Apple plans to cameras for both PMPs, but in the end there was only announced for the smaller iPod, even though it was said that technical problems prevented the acquisition of its contact lens, iFixit found a head on board for the camera cable.
As the networks 3G iPod Touch uses the Broadcom BCM4329 chip, which in fact supports both WiFi b / g, but the draft-n wireless as well. Firmware does not support high-speed technology, but it is quite possible that future updates that could change. Finally, the chip also supports – at least technically – FM transmission, along with the FM receiver and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR. Right now there are no antennas for FM, but if Apple has decided it is appropriate – and add software support – iPod Touch 3G can easily transmit audio through your car stereo without wires.
